Our standard shipping method is handled by ACS, promises a 2-4 day delivery, and costs 5€.

Alternatively, during checkout you will be presented with the option to select delivery by Fedex which promises a 1-2 day delivery and costs 10€.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, you may return your order, no questions asked, within fourteen (14) days from receiving it.

All returns need to comply with our terms and conditions which you should read in full at: https://freeshop.gr/pages/terms-conditions

Here is a summary of our main return terms:

• You have 14 days from receiving the goods to initiate the return.
• The goods must be in the exact same condition that we shipped them in. We will reject any goods that have sign of use, wear, or tear. 
• The goods must be returned with all the accompanying packaging.
• Any tags attached to the goods must remain attached. 
• The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
• You are responsible to ship the return and pay for the return shipping which is also non-refundable.

If your return is in breach of our terms then it will get rejected and you will have to arrange for collecting the item(s) from our warehouse in Athens, Greece.

Please make sure that you have read our Return Terms & Conditions before you ship your return.

Incoming Shipping(Customer to eshop): Is paid by the customer and is non-refundable. Customer is free to choose any shipping method he/she prefers.

Outgoing Shipping (eshop to customer). The Standard Delivery fee is refundable. The Express Delivery fee is non-refundable.

Attention:

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the returning shipment until it reaches our warehouse. If the package is damaged, lost, or stolen before it is delivered to our warehouse we have no responsibility or liability. You will need to find a solution with the shipping carrier you selected as you are the sender.

For that reason we strongly advise that you use a shipping service that provides tracking and delivery confirmation. You will be unable to locate/track your shipment if you don't use such a service.

To get a refund you need to return you purchased item(s) first. As soon as we receive the items we will inspect them and if they are approved for a return then on the same day we will issue your Refund.

Refunds are paid to the payment method used for the initial purchase.

What exactly do you Refund?

We refund the amount paid for the returned goods. The shipping charge is only refundable for the outgoing shipment (eshop to customer if the Standard Delivery option was selected. We do not refund shipping for any of the Express Delivery options.

The exchange procedure is as follows:

1. Place a new order for the item you want to exchange to.


2. Return the original item as per our Returns Instructions.

3. Contact us and let us know that your return is an exchange on order FSxxxx.

4. In that case, of an Exchange, we will refund the price you paid for the goods and in addition, in exemption of our rules, we will also refund the original shipping charge, if any.
