As soon as your order is packed, you will receive a notification to collect your order at your convenience.

Yes!

Even if your purchase was delivered by a courier you may still return it at our shops.

Please make sure you have your order number, it will speed up the process significantly.

We offer 3 options to ship your orders.
All options are FREE for orders of 500€ or more.

1. Local Delivery in 24 hours or Less 🛵
Our Free Shop team will deliver your order in 2 - 24 hours maximum!
This option is only available if your Postal Code (ΤΚ) is within our Local Delivery Area* (list below).

2. Delivery by FEDEX
Fedex (TNT) will deliver your order with their Next-Day service reliably and on time.
Costs 10€
Free for orders of 500€ or more.

3. Delivery by ACS
ACS will deliver your order with their Next-Day service.
Costs 5€
Free for orders of 500€ or more.
WARNING: ACS is currently taking an extra 5-7 days to deliver.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, you may return your order, no questions asked, within fourteen (14) days from receiving it.

All returns need to comply with our terms and conditions which you should read in full at: https://freeshop.gr/pages/terms-conditions

Here is a summary of our main return terms:

• You have 14 days from receiving the goods to initiate the return.
• The goods must be in the exact same condition that we shipped them in. We will reject any goods that have sign of use, wear, or tear. 
• The goods must be returned with all the accompanying packaging.
• Any tags attached to the goods must remain attached. 
• The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
• You are responsible to ship the return and pay for the return shipping which is also non-refundable.

If your return is in breach of our terms then it will get rejected and you will have to arrange for collecting the item(s) from our warehouse in Athens, Greece.

If you are sure that your returning item(s) comply with our terms and conditions then you may:

1. Bring your return to one of our shops during our business hours. You may use the shops even if the order was delivered by a courier service, it doesn't matter.

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the shipment until it reaches our warehouse. If the package is damaged, lost, or stolen before it is delivered to our warehouse we obviously have no responsibility or liability for it. You will need to find a solution with the shipping carrier you selected.

For that reason we strongly advise that you use a shipping service that provides tracking and delivery confirmation. You will be unable to locate/track your shipment if you don't use such a service.

Return Shipping is paid by you and it's not refundable.

To get a refund you need to return you purchased item(s) first. As soon as we receive the items we will inspect them and if they are approved for a return then on the same day we will issue your Refund.

Refunds are paid to the payment method used for the initial purchase.

We refund the value of the purchased item(s). We do not refund any shipping costs.

The exchange procedure is as follows:

1. Place a new order for the item you want to exchange to.


2. Return the original item as per our Returns Instructions.

3. Contact us and let us know that your return is an exchange on order FSxxxx.

4. In that case, of an Exchange, we will refund the price you paid for the goods and in addition, in exemption of our rules, we will also refund the original shipping charge, if any.
