In-Person Returns

You have the option to return goods in-person to our physical stores in Athens, Greece:

  • Free Shop: 17 Skoufa Street / Kolonaki / 10673
  • Free Shop: 15 Dimitriou Vasiliou Avenue / Neo Psychiko / 15451
  • Free Shop: Golden Hall 1st Floor.

Working hours are: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday 10:00 - 16:00 and Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10:00 - 21:00. 


Shipping Returns

If you are sure that your returning item(s) comply with our terms and conditions then please ship your return to:

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the shipment until it reaches our warehouse. If the package is damaged, lost, or stolen before it is delivered to our warehouse we obviously have no responsibility or liability for it. You will need to find a solution with the shipping carrier you selected.

For that reason we strongly advise that you use a shipping service that provides tracking and delivery confirmation. You will be unable to locate/track your shipment if you don't use such a service.

Return Shipping is paid by you and it's not refundable.


Return Guidelines

All returns, In-Person and Shipped, need to comply with our terms and conditions which you may read in full at:

Here is a summary of our main return terms:

  • You have 14 days from receiving the goods to initiate the return.
  • The goods must be in the exact same condition that we shipped them in. We will reject any goods that have sign of use, wear, or tear. 
  • The goods must be returned with all the accompanying packaging.
  • Any tags attached to the goods must remain attached. 
  • Outgoing Shipping Charges are refundable. 
    Outgoing = from to Customer.
  • Incoming Shipping Charges are not refundable.
    Incoming = from Customer to
  • You are responsible and liable for the return shipment until it reaches our warehouse.
  • Your shipment needs to arrive at our warehouse address.
    We will not take any actions to collect the return from any other address, may that be the Post Office or any other location. 
  • Your refund will only be processed once the returning goods have arrived at our warehouse.



As soon as we receive your return, we will inspect the goods for compliance with our Return Guidelines, and if they pass we will immediately issue your refund.
As soon as the refund is issued you will receive an electronic message (email/sms) to notify you. If your return is rejected we will contact you to discuss options.
