Refund policy

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same new condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for the Return Shipping.
The customer may choose whichever method she prefers and is responsible for paying the cost of the return shipping.

We become responsible for the item(s) returned once they have been delivered to our premises above.
We are not in any way responsible or liable for the returned goods before they have been received and signed for by our staff. 
We will not collect returns from any place other than our premises. Make sure to avoid shipping by any method that would require us to collect from a post office, a courier depot, or any place that is not our premises.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Any item sold marked as "Final Sale" is exempted from our Returns Policy.
By agreeing to purchase a "Final Sale" item you withdraw your right to Return in exchange for the special discounted price offered. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1 or 2 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
