Your right to return
You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase and return it within 14 days of the day you received your order.
How to start a return
Contact us within those 14 days by email at help@freeshop.gr or by phone/WhatsApp, and let us know which items you'd like to return.
We will then provide you with a ROA number (Return Order Authorization) and then you may ship the items back as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after receiving the ROA number.
Condition of returned items
You may inspect and try on your items just as you would in one of our stores.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned:
- Unworn and unused beyond simply trying them on
- With all tags attached
- In their original packaging
Shipping your return
The cost of the return shipment is paid by the customer.
Please send returns directly to our warehouse address — we're unable to collect parcels from post offices, pickup points, or other locations.
The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using a trackable courier service.

Your refund
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 3 working days.

Full order return: your refund includes the price of the goods plus the original delivery cost at our standard shipping rate.
If you selected a premium shipping method (e.g. express) we will refund the standard rate, not the premium rate. - Partial return: your refund includes the price of the goods only, as the kept goods justify the shipping cost.
Returns that don't meet our conditions
If a returned item arrives worn, used, damaged, without its tags, or otherwise outside the conditions above, we cannot accept the return and no refund will be issued for that item. We'll notify you by email, and the item will be held at our warehouse for you to re-collect. Collection is arranged by you, at your cost and responsibility, by any means you choose — in person or via a courier of your choice. Items not collected within 60 days will be donated or disposed.
